This very contemporary home sits high on a ridge above Coopers Beach, commanding exceptional views of all Doubtless Bay. Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors open out both to the North providing glorious ocean views across the Bay -and to the South providing extensive views of the magnificent farmland and hills that roll out to the horizon. Not a house to be seen.
Beautifully polished concrete floors that connect the indoor living to the terraces outside, perfect for entertaining. All three double bedrooms open out to the outdoor living areas, with two modern bathrooms plus an outdoor shower that allows you the country view while washing away the remains of your days adventure.
Bed configuration allows for King bed to be split into 2 x king singles.
Bayview Retreat is just five minutes’ drive from historic Mangonui Village which offers not only Heritage charm, but the beauty of our sparkling bustling harbour.
Take a walk along our many tracks, beaches and bush that our community has to offer.
