Cosey Beach house walking distance from the beach, local park and Papamoa plaza. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. Fully fenced section ideal for kids and pets. Great outdoor space with BBQ, fire pit and spa pool.
Master bedroom has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed for 2. Bedroom 3 has a single bed. There is a sleepout separate from the house with a king single with a pull out bed. Sleepout also has a 42inch TV with Netflix. Living space has an open plan layout with opening doors onto the deck. Deck has a BBQ and large outdoor table to fit the whole family. Living room has a 55inch with Netflix and a surround sound system to entertain the family on the rainy days.
Pets allowed put must be kept outside or in the living room on a mat or in a crate at night. No pets in the bedrooms. There is a resident cat called Sparkles who an outdoor cat who loves the company of people. We can arrange someone to feed her or if you perfer to not be disturb and are happy to feed her we will arrange the food.
This house is a great place for a Family holiday. Can sleep upto 7 people Max. 5 night stay minimum over Christmas and new years otherwise 2 night stay minimum out side of that. Wifi and internet included.
