This is a cute little hideaway for two over looking Castlecliff beach. It is self contained and private with it's own bathroom and small kitchen. There is no oven but there is a bench top cooker. In the bathroom there is a concrete kiln room where a previous owner used to fire their pots, this area now houses a concrete bath. There is a small private courtyard area to enjoy your morning coffee or your evening wine or beer. Beach access is just two doors down.
The space
The potters studio is a single room bed room and kitchen. The bed is raised up so you can see the view and is accessed via a small ladder. This may be difficult for those with mobility issues. There is a couch and small basic kitchen area in the studio.
The bathroom is accessed down some external concrete stairs. There is a shower, vanity, toilet and bath in the bathroom. Please note it can take a while for the hot water to come through.
There is a gate at the bottom of the stairs that separates the studio from the main house. Please respect the privacy of the house occupants. The house is sometimes used as another air bnb.
There is a small private courtyard with outdoor seating. Please bring the cushions in off the seating if it rains.
Guest access
You will access via the pedestrian gate to the right of the property. You can park out side the gate by the studio entrance.
There is a lock box with a key inside. Access details will be provided upon booking.
