Beautifully furnished with a huge open plan kitchen lounge entertainment area, the villa is surrounded by stunning woodland including it's very own private pond and expansive garden patio area calling you to indulge in the fresh mountain air.
The Space:
Sprawling luxurious home with so many places to entertain. Large living room with cozy fireplace. Bright and open with a gorgeous range to cook and create a beautiful dinner party for your guests. A large bunkbed room which can also double up as a media room for the kids to enjoy. Three more rustic styled bedrooms and three modern bathrooms to accommodate all your family and friends.
Guest Access:
Second to last entrance on your left down Birchwood Road. Stay right and follow gravel drive all the way down to the house.
The Neighborhood:
With only a handful of properties down this road, acres of gorgeously preserved land separating you from any neighbours - enjoy the quiet and dreamy surroundings, whilst only being less than a 15 minute drive back into the hustle and bustle of Queenstown.
Getting Around:
5 minute drive to the bottom of Coronet Peak, 10 minute drive back to Queenstown centre or a 10 minute drive in the alternative direction towards Arrowtown & Frankton
