Positive: The hotel was perfect in every way! The lady at the reception was absolutely wonderful to me — kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. I felt truly looked after from the moment I arrived until I left. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in New Zealand. Highly recommended!
