Clean, bright comfortable 2 bedroom house nestled on the end of a quiet Cul de Sac in the heart of Omori, surrounded by bird life. Wake up to the sound of Bell Birds and Tui's.

Modern, fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer and dishwasher opens onto large sunny fully glass enclosed deck that offers sweeping views over Lake Taupo to Taupo and the Kaimanawa ranges.

Each of the 2 bedooms are fitted with a queen size bed.

All year round bush walks teeming with birds are nearby along with the local shop.

Summers can be spent on Omori & Kuruatu beaches, with Omori boat ramp only a 4 minute drive away, followed by evenings on the large expansive deck taking in the panoramic views while dinner sizzles away on the weber bbq.

Nearby streams and the lake make this location a fresh water fisherman's dream.

A 1 minute walk to the local reserve features a free tennis court.

Winter days and nights are enhanced by a nice Firenzo wood burner making this a great winter getaway. It is a 40 minute drive to Whakapapa ski fields. Drive up to the ski field and then call into the Tokaanu thermal pools, to warm up on the way back.
