Summary: No WiFi, no AC, no single mosquito net, no Wash-machine... and NO WARM WATER for the first 24 hours. Until we found the very good hidden switch for warm water (not mentioned in the guide, not mentioned in the description). Also nearly no view at the ocean. Beach access through road only. Communication with the host nearly impossible (waiting couple of days, or at least 24 hours). And: One (not even full) roll of toilet paper for two persons and three days is not THAT much.
