Positive: Fantastic location and napier central all just within walking distance. Comfortable and cozy property, with a great layout. Really impressed by the little extras that were offered

Negative: Not really anything we didn't like, the bath over the shower was a bit tricky as had my mother in law but they did state they were doing themis area up

Summary: Absolutely perfect for our needs, close to town but nice and quiet
