Welcome to our one of a kind, futuristic accommodation in Dunedin, where comfort and relaxation await you. This ONE OF A KIND two level apartment is perfect for the whole group for short or long stays! Our beds and furniture are brand new and of high quality, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep.
As you step into Errick’s Hotel you immediately feel as though you are taken into a futuristic world of luxury.
For your entertainment, a Smart TV and reliable Wi-Fi are available for your stay.
Our Apartment rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, dining space, entertainment area, outdoors area and spa pool!
The first level includes a large foyer, master bedroom, open-plan, tiled shower room, toilet (which can be closed off from the shower).
Upstairs, there is a full kitchen and dining area, outdoors entertainment space with spa and spacious living room where you will find x 2 pull out sofa beds.
Our hotel is eco-friendly and health conscious, ran on solar power with a passive heating system and constant flow of purified air, keeping you feeling fresh and at the perfect temperature!
Errick’s is situated on the edge of Dunedin’s heritage precinct, centrally located, but away from the hustle of the town centre. Our property offers off-street parking for your convenience. Only 15 minute walk to Dunedin’s town centre or 2 minute drive, to an array of shops and local cafes/eateries. The perfect spot to travel any direction from, just a stone’s throw away from the main highway.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwash liquid, dishwasher powder, along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, washing powder and bin liners. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided.
