The bathroom features an enormous his & hers shower, eliminating any morning queues. The luxurious Queen bed might tempt you to linger while the kids in the second bedroom plan their trip to the Weta Cave.

Guests have access to the entire home. The driveway is VERY NARROW so be careful opening your door onto the side of the house. Only small cars will fit on the driveway. There are parking spaces on the opposite side of the road if required.

Our aim is to make sure you have the best stay possible. If there is anything you need during your stay please let us know by sending a message through your booking provider. We respond to requests from 8am to 8pm every day.

There are panel heaters in both bedrooms for warmth, a 49" HD Sony TV and a new three seater couch! Log into your Netflix account and kick back in the spacious lounge room.

Sky TV (basic channels) are now available.
• No noise after 10pm
• No visitors. This means that only the exact guests who are booked to stay can be at the property at any time. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in you being removed from the property immediately and all costs associated with this will be on-charged. If you are wishing to have guests visit you when at the property please get in touch with us prior to your booking as we can make the odd exception on a case by case basis.
• If you are taking the property for longer than two weeks then the owner requires a clean at least every two week period. This amended cleaning charge will be sent through to you once we have received your booking.
• If you lose the key a replacement fee will be charged.
• For any lockouts, the guest will be charged a service fee for re-entry and in some cases a locksmiths fee.
• Our check out is 10am. If you have not vacated the property by this time and our cleaners are delayed you will be charged a fee of $100 for every half hour you remain in the property.
