The Space:
You enter this lovely classic villa via the front porch. Bedrooms are to the left and right of the main corridor along with the extra office room. The corridor opens up into the open plan lounge and dining. Bathroom is off to the left and you can't miss the large kitchen to the right. Your eye leads you to the inviting deck & views. Steps take you to the relaxing garden.
Please note this is an older villa with many older features and construction but that is what gives it is charm. Kingsland & Eden Park only 18-24 min walk away, or 6 mins by car.

Located in Eden Terrace and close to historic Mt Eden and Kingsland community villages.
Getting Around:
Buses and trains leave from Kingsland plus bus routes via Dominion rd and Karangahape Rd

Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.

• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests will be charged the additional cost,
