It is an 7 minute walk to Petone beach, in other words very close.

The fully fenced rear deck area has been described as an absolute sun trap and great place to have your evening meal.

There are two good sized bedrooms. One has a Queen bed, the second has a King Single bed. Both rooms have large wardrobes with coat hangers and heaters in them. A King Single bed is the same length as a Queen bed just not as wide.

In the kitchen you have a refrigerator and microwave, toaster, air fryer, electric jug, cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cooking utensils - everything you need to cook should you want to.
There is plenty of choice for coffee and tea drinkers with a Nespresso Coffee machine and pods, instant coffee, plunger coffee and a variety of different teas to choose from. Please note...Breakfast is not provided.

The back door leads to a very sunny deck, with outside furniture available in Summer.
There are 3 cushions on top of the fridge for the outside chairs.

There is a laundry with a washing machine, no clothes dryer but a clothes drying rack.
A clothesline is located outside.

The bathroom has a shower, with excellent water pressure, a toilet, and vanity with mirror. Shower soap, small shampoo and conditioner & hairdryer are provided.

This townhouse is a "Lockwood" style townhouse which makes it lovely and warm during the colder months.

There is a "no pet" rule with the townhouse, it belongs to a Body-corp and one of the Body-corp rules is no dogs are allowed.

There is a security camera on the outside of the townhouse, this is only on when people are not staying. It gets turned off the day you arrive and turned on again the day you leave.
