Nestled in 2 acres of land with stunning rural views. Quiet and tranquil with abundant birdlife depending on the season. Newly built in December 2022 this studio has been well designed for comfort and is just 15 minutes from Whanganui. Easy drive to beaches and the river. Great market every Saturday morning and thriving art community.

A private studio on our lifestyle property, with balcony and ensuite consisting of a shower, handbasin and toilet. The kitchenette has a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee plunger. Queen bed and 1 arm chair. BBQ and outdoor table with 2 chairs. Please note that entry is up 3 steps onto the deck.

Summary: Lovely fittings and standard and very comfortable. While no full kitchen, that’s made clear in advance and bbq covers most things via a covered deck for all weather. A microwave, small fridge and jug provide back up. Everything you need for a short getaway. Lovely setting. Very peaceful and beautiful green outlook. Easy Short drive to town. Ticks all the boxes in a good price range too.
