When you are not taking in the views from the deck, you are just a stones throw from safe swimming at Rings Beach! Plus, the Kuaotunu boat ramp is 5 minutes up the road.

Access to Rings Beach is currently only via Bluff Road Kuaotunu as the Matarangi access is blocked off due to dangerous overhanging rocks.As there is a retained garden at the back of the property, all guests should take care in this area due to the risk of falls.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
