Enjoy this light-infused, private, fully self-contained studio as the perfect getaway for guests looking to be close to Oneroa but without the hustle and bustle.

While adjacent to the main house, the studio is completely separate and has off-street parking and its own entrance. Offering a warm and welcoming space, everything is new and well-appointed with quality fixtures and furnishings throughout.

The studio is well-equipped with a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, heat pump, table and chairs, flat screen television with Freeview, Netflix and WiFi. Please note: There is no oven or cooking facilities. If holidaying with your toddler, there is a porta-cot and high chair for children up to the age of two.

After exploring the island, sit back and relax at your outdoor table with a glass of wine and enjoy the garden. Make yourself comfortable on the cosy window seat with the glittering ocean as a backdrop.

Oneroa Beach, cafes, shops and galleries are all within a 10-minute walk, making it an ideal base to explore the island and Kennedy Point car ferry is only a three-minute drive.

There is on-site parking for guests, a bus stop down the hill, and vineyards such as Goldie, Kennedy Point, Cable Bay and Mudbrick all close by.
This property is wheelchair friendly and will accept small dogs (on application only).

PLEASE NOTE: An exit cleaning fee will apply to each stay. All linen and towels are supplied but please bring your own beach towels.

Minimum stays: Five nights between mid-December and mid-January, two nights all other times and three nights for public holiday weekends. A security deposit of $300 is charged to your credit card seven days prior to the booking and refunded the week following your booking. While there is a microwave, there are no cooking facilities.A 3.5% credit card surcharge applies to card payments.
