This fully renovated, warm and sunny apartment is self- contained and has two large bedrooms with queen beds, with all linen provided.
It has a lounge/dining area, flat screen freeveiw TV, DVD player, DVDs and board games. It has a private, sunny deck, and laundry with washing machine and dryer. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower; there is heating in each bedroom and a heat pump/air conditioner in the lounge.
The city centre and Mornington village are both a short stroll away, with an abundance of amenities, including cafes and restaurants, a supermarket, florist, petrol station and more.
A great location from which you can visit the sights, architecture and tourist attractions Dunedin has to offer such as the Railway Station, Larnach Castle, Speights Brewery, Toitu and Otago Museums.
Or, if you are feeling adventurous, ride the Taieri Gorge Train or visit Otago Peninsula and the Royal Albatross Colony.
Public transport is close by and there is a bus service that runs regularly to the University via the city.
Our lovely villa is available all year round with a minimum of two nights’ stay.

Summary: The photos don't do this place justice!It is a lot bigger than expected, beautiful leafy outlook, quiet and had everything we needed for our 2 nights in Dunedin.It is a bit of a hill to and from town, but Dunedin is a hilly place. Would stay again and would recommends
