Summary: The lift was not working, and we stayed at the second floor. The light was not working so we had to go down the stairs with our phone's flashlight. The facilities were dated but enough to use; kitchen stovetop and bathroom shower were rusted. The motel only provided 1-day supply of hair shampoo and soap, so have to use sparingly if you don't bring toiletries and are staying for more than a day. Receptionist was polite, and let us view the room before paying. Location is good, near to Rotorua's attractions + restaurants at walking distance.
