Positive: Location, comfortable bed,seperate lounge bedroom,kitchen containing most essentials
Negative: This apartment is definitely not worthy of the money paid and I would not recommend it. It is very tired and needs a major refurbishment. We enjoyed our stay but would point out FYI some of the defects which need fixing. All the doors are chipped and need repainting. The toilet has been replaced but the walls have holes or plugs in etc where the toilet has been pulled out. There was only 1 screw in the door handle and I put another in from another door so the handle would not fall off. I noticed a hole in the wall behind the door and a doorstop has been put in lately so the hole does not get bigger. All the skirting boards and other doors need repainting. It would be good if there was a table and 2 chairs so you could eat your breakfast etc off. We stood at the kitchen bench as the low table and sofa are not suitable. We chose this apartment as I used to work for USSCo once upon a time in AKL. I hope you appreciate my comments as not a criticism but you definitely need to upgrade. Finally the lock key to get in and out needs some CRC as very difficult to get the key out.
Summary: Great location, but not worth the money paid and needs some work.
