Outside, there’s a trampoline in the front yard, plus a basketball hoop and a volleyball/badminton net in the backyard for casual outdoor fun. A table tennis table and a Crazy Catch rebound net can also be made available on request. There’s also a basic spa pool on-site – a simple, relaxing bonus after a day out exploring.
Located in Havelock North, you’re well placed to enjoy everything the region has to offer, from beaches and parks to wineries and walking trails. Te Mata Peak is close by for great views, and you’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to food and wine. Black Barn Vineyards is nearby – around a 2-minute drive or approximately a 20-minute walk – making it an easy option for lunch, wine, or a relaxed outing.
At the end of the road are three local schools – Havelock North High School, Havelock North Intermediate, and Te Mata School – roughly a 10-minute walk or about a minute by car. Outside school hours, guests can make use of the public-access areas, including:

• There are three internal staircases and no stair gates – please bring your own if needed.

• Please strip the beds you’ve used before checkout – this helps our cleaner know what to change.
• We try to be flexible where we can; if you have a request, let us know in advance and we’ll do our best.
