A lovely modern family home located in Havelock North. Located 5 minute drive into the village, close to Black Barn Winery and Te Mata Estate Winery. Situated on a large sunny section with a private back lawn and alfresco dining, outdoor bbq area, brand new swimming pool amd spa. Still a bit of landscaping around pool to be done. The large open plan kitchen flows through to both lounges and the outdoor entertainment area.
Waimarama and Ocean Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive.

Summary: The highlight of the property is the pool and spa area, kids and adults both loved it, and we were lucky with some warm Autumn days.The layout of the house is good for two families, as there are two bedrooms each at both ends of the house. If you have young children, one thing to note is the property is not fenced (pool and spa obviously fenced though.) We had lunch at nearby Black Barn which was absolutely beautiful. Good location to nearby village.
