Situated on a large sunny section with a private back lawn and alfresco dining, outdoor bbq area, brand new swimming pool amd spa. Still a bit of landscaping around pool to be done. The large open plan kitchen flows through to both lounges and the outdoor entertainment area.
Waimarama and Ocean Beach is approximately a 20 minute drive.
