The 100m2 wraparound deck provides BBQ (charcoal and gas), dining and covered lounge areas.
This property has three bedrooms. The main bedroom is upstairs and capitalises on the view with a queen bed, large en-suite and walk-in robe.
Downstairs has a family bathroom and two further bedrooms - a comfortable queen and a bunkroom comprising two new solid bunks (sleeping 5) with quality mattresses.
Upstairs open plan living has dining, lounge, powder room and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen including double ovens, gas hob and double fridge/freezer. A large butler’s pantry provides an espresso machine, beverage fridge and additional sink.
This property is only a three-minute walk to a safe swimming beach and is just down the road from the Kuaotunu boat ramp and close to many other beautiful beaches such as Rings, Matarangi, Opito and reserves.
