Access to world-renowned Cathedral Cove is from the village. It is around a 40-minute walk to the Cove. You can hire a kayak or hop on the water taxi to take you around from Hahei beach. You are also a short drive away from Hot Water Beach where at low tide you can dig a hole and soak in the HOT water, spades can be hired from the local store.
