Summary: Communication unfortunately was inconsistent, I had txt messages, and messages via bookabach. There was no email saying what we owed when, there was no email with arrival instructions. I had to prompt property managers to give me information about our stay. They were helpful and friendly once contacted. Unfortunatly the alarm was on when we arrived, which resulted in a neighbor running over with the details. The house itself matched the description, but the overall consensus from our two families (and we rent a lot of places together) was 'grimey'. You could tell the house had been shut up, there was a distinct damp smell on arrival, we aired the house, but it lingered in the garage. The upstairs front ensuite needed a good clean, the walls were filthy with black hand prints above the toilet, there was brown stuff splattered along the sliding door and along the wall. And the kitchen and its drawers really did need a good cleaning. The beds were comfortable, linen was clean, it was well equiped and wonderful location.
