Huruhi Cottage is a newly renovated family holiday cottage in a great central location on Waiheke, with great transport links, walking access to local beaches, bars, restaurants and cafes and with fantastic premium amenities. With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this is a comfortable place for up to 6 guests to enjoy.
With the local Surfdale beach just 200 metres away and located just 2 minutes drive from Oneroa village, 5 minutes from Palm Beach and 10 minutes from Onetangi Beach this is a great location to act as a base for your stay on Waiheke.
Everything in the house is new, from lounge furniture, to carpets, mattresses and bedding. The place has been designed with holiday rentals in mind.
When you enter the property, you are greeted by the open plan living and dining area. There is a comfortable lounge zone with smart TV and comfy couches and there is a stylish dining area with, built in seating and feature lighting and artwork.
The kitchen is complete with all the appliances that you might require including full size oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso machine. There are plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and crockery and we provide a welcome pack containing luxury teas, coffees and hot chocolate as well as pantry staples like salt, pepper and cooking oil to get you started.
The bedrooms are all good sizes, each with queen sized beds, high quality mattresses and wonderful high-end duvets. Each bed is finished with high thread-count cotton bedding and fluffy white towels and facecloths are also provided for each guest.
The master bedroom has doors opening out onto the deck and has its own en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a smart TV in this room, giving you the option to enjoy a movie in bed or a place to keep the kids entertained whilst parents enjoy a relaxing dinner.
The other two bedrooms share the second bathroom, complete with brand new shower, toilet and vanity unit.
Outside is a lovely deck that catches all day sun. There is a dining table for 6 people with a large sun umbrella and a fantastic gas BBQ for outdoor meals. Underneath the deck is a garage area that contains the laundry facilities and comes complete with an exercise bike, kids games and rumpus space which is great for playing games.
The house has off-street parking for up to three vehicles and offers high-speed wireless internet.
