Kahuroa House is a modern build boasting a native bush outlook through expansive glass, sea views from the deck and living spaces, large decks with outdoor fire and wood fired pizza oven, and to top it off a hidden bath grotto set amongst tree ferns. Two sleeping pods are connected to the main building via a covered walkway, one pod with a queen bed, the other with two sets of bunks. Both pods have fridges, tea and coffee making facilities, and window seats with private views into the surrounding bush. The main building features a fully equipped kitchen, living space with cosy woodburner, mezzanine with sofa bed, and separate bedroom with king bed or two singles. The bathroom space caters to groups easily with two of everything including separate shower rooms. The Kaiuma Bay boat ramp and jetty, a mere 500m from the property, is a short walk and ideal for launching your boat, swimming, kayaking or throwing a rod in with the kids. The Nydia track, popular with both walkers and mountain bikers, starts or finishes at Kaiuma Bay and can be accessed directly from this property.
