Lovingly set up by the owners, it's designed for an easy, comfortable stay.
Inside, a light-filled living area is the spot to relax after a day of adventure, with a smart TV and fast WiFi for winding down of an evening. It opens out to a fully fenced, grassy backyard - ideal for kids to run around while the adults fire up the BBQ. The three bedrooms sleep six: a king, a queen and a bunk room for the little ones. There's a single garage and plenty of off-street parking in the driveway, so it's easy to come and go.

The Neighborhood:
This home is all about location. From the driveway you're only minutes from three of Rotorua's top attractions - Skyline Rotorua (gondola, luge, mountain biking and dining), ZORB Rotorua (the world-famous downhill ball rolling) and Rotorua Canopy Tours (an award-winning native-forest zipline adventure). You're also an easy drive to the lakefront, the Redwoods Forest, Eat Streat, supermarkets and many of Rotorua's geothermal sites - a great base whether you're after an action-packed break or a relaxed family getaway.
Getting Around:
A car is the easiest way to get around, with free parking in the garage and driveway. By car, Skyline and ZORB are about 5 minutes away, the city centre around 11, the Redwoods roughly 17, and Rotorua Airport about 21. Bus stops are a short walk from the property, with routes into the city centre and surrounding areas.
Other Things to Note:
A few things worth knowing: the property is pet friendly - bring your furry friend for a small fee of $45 per animal per stay (just let us know). The backyard is fully fenced, which is great for kids and pets. There's an EV charger on site if you're travelling electric. One side of the garage is locked and reserved for the owners, but you'll have the driveway and the other side for parking. WiFi runs at a fast 221 Mbps.
