Our cozy cottage is just a few minutes' drive from the heart of Rotorua, with popular attractions like the Gondola and Polynesian Spa easily within reach.
The home is equipped with two modern air conditioners that more than cover the entire space, ensuring a comfortable stay during cold winters and hot summers.
You'll also find a dairy shop, a liquor store, and fish & chips just a short walk away.

Summary: Nice sized rooms and good facilities and utensils, however the place was a bit shoddy and looks far better in the photos than real life. Standards of cleaning were also not what I would expect. Imagine the house would be very cold in winter. Views were lovely. Walk to town in about 20/30 minutes.
