Positive: The info said I would get the code for the lock box no later than 15mins before check in. I had nothing an hour after I was supposed to check in. Had to message the property to send me the code. The location was good, and the property would have met our expectations if it wasn’t for the smell.

Negative: The smell on entering the property was terrible. The house is clearly shut up a lot, which is understandable. But the stench on entering was very off putting and tainted the whole experience. We had to air the house out, and then ended up spraying toilet air freshener throughout to try to mask the smell. The carpets certainly need a deep wet vac at the very least to try remove whatever it is. The blinds and windows were very very dirty and dusty. Given you have to touch the blinds to access the windows, these need a deep clean! We wanted to use the fan in the wardrobe. It was so dirty that I had to pull it apart and clean it before it could be used.

Summary: Has a lot of potential but the horrible smell makes it difficult to relax and enjoy.
