The Space:
Kennedy Point Vineyard Estate is arranged across two separate dwellings that sit within the vineyard grounds, allowing groups to stay together while enjoying space and flexibility. The Guest House is calm and light filled, surrounded by pōhutukawa trees and open outlooks. Its open plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows directly to a sun soaked patio with BBQ, outdoor seating, and space for relaxed meals throughout the day.
