Kuaotunu Vistas is a sun catching 3 level Kuaotunu Holiday Home. Situated on the hill above the northern most end of Kuaotunu West, this property has stunning views out to Great Mercury, Cuvier and the Great Barrier Islands!

This Kuaotunu accommodation is designed with family holidays in mind through all seasons, as it is able to sleep up to 7 guests; ideally 4 adults and 3 children. All bedrooms have fabulous views and doors opening onto the upper deck. Bedroom one is furnished with a king sized bed, while bedroom two has a queen sized bed. The third bedroom has one single bed, and a double pull out futon with a single bunk above, and bedroom number four has a small built in bed.

The living area of Kuaotunu Vistas is open plan with the kitchen at the back, and dining and lounge at the front; all with fabulous views. The front deck is great for BBQs and relaxing in the sun. As this Kuaotunu holiday home is fully equipped, it has all you need for a happy and hassle free holiday!

There is plenty of outdoor furniture, including a large gas BBQ, table and chairs, sun umbrella, and built in seating around one end of the front deck; all you need to be able to relax and enjoy your summer holiday! There is also an outside shower cold/hot.

Summary: Very clean and spacious house, beautiful views down to the ocean. Short walk ( 3-5 minutes) to beach as well as fairly easy 25 minute walk to Matarangi beach. Property manager, Serena was terrific, available if needed. Only downside is no wifi and mobile phone coverage is very limited.
