Two bedrooms in the house and two in the sleepout. Each space has its own bathroom. Enjoy the large private garden with mature trees, birdsong and plenty of room for ball games or chilling out.
The Space:
Walk into our inviting bach designed for that laid-back holiday feeling. The easy flow between kitchen, dining and living areas extends through to the two decks. We have games, books, children’s toys, and a smart TV for your enjoyment.
The light-filled upstairs queen bedroom looks across farmland to Parapara Peak while the downstairs twin bedroom opens onto the west-facing deck. A few steps away, the sleepout has a comfortable queen bedroom, a bunkroom, bathroom facilities and a laundry with a new washer and drier.
Outside, kids can play on the large flat lawn and among the trees. Note that a stream runs along the rear boundary.
Spacious and comfortable, this is the perfect base for enjoying beautiful Patons Rock beach and exploring Mohua/Golden Bay.

The location also provides convenient access to Abel Tasman and Kahurangi National Parks.
