Wake up your holiday morning to the stunning picturesque vista of the Dunes Golf Resort Fourth and overlooking the lake and magnificent Coromandel ranges.
Also, to compliment such a fantastic location is this beautifully designed 3-bedroom home with a large spacious open plan living area, kitchen dining and lounge with maximum windows and sliders bringing the view within.
House is only 5 min walk to stunning Matarangi beach with 4km of white sand, safe swimming and great fishing. A five minute walk to The Dunes club house, it’s also a short walk to beautiful Whangapoua harbour with its newly extended boat ramp, safe beach and scenic picnic area.
Matarangi’s shopping centre is a pleasant stroll along the beach or few minutes cycle ride away.
Please note this house is ideal for two families with kids however it can sleep 8 adults.
Due to the balcony's height and the spa on the property its not suitable for young children that are crawling or under 5 years of age.
Please note towels and bed linen are not provided please bring your own.
