Welcome to this family bach in Omori, Southern Lake Taupo with stunning lake views, comfortable living and pet-friendly accommodation. With 3 bedrooms, 2 in the main house (first floor) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bathrooms and laundry.

This charming bach has an open plan lounge, dining room and fully equipped kitchen opens out onto a vast deck over looking trees and towards the lake.

Bring your furry friends and come and relax for a week or 2!

**CLEANING FEE INCLUDES LINEN**

Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor of the main house.

Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with a bathroom and the laundry.

**Please note there is not internal access between the ground floor and first floor.**

Take care when showering, hot water is available by an electric hot water cylinder. If you have a full house and take long showers you may run out of hot water and need to wait for the water to heat up.

Strictly no tents.
Strictly no parties.

If we discover that the maximum number of guests has been exceeded during your stay, the extra guests will be asked to leave or the entire booking cancelled, without refund.

Access is from 3pm on the day your booking starts, unless early arrival has been arranged prior.

Whilst this property is pet friendly please note that the grounds are not fully fenced . There is a pathway at the bottom of the garden that runs through the bush to the lake.

There are 3 significant areas for falls from height.
The small deck leading to the front door.
The concrete steps leading down to the driveway.
The retaining wall in the rear garden.
**Please take care with vulnerable guests in these areas**

All bedroom linen (sheets and pillowcases) and bathroom linen (bath mats, hand towels, bath towels and face cloths) and tea towels are provided. You may just wish to bring lake/pool towels.
If you are bring your pet please make sure all grounds are clean upon departure. A $70 cleaning fee will be charged if we have to do this.
