Tasteful, newly renovated 5 bedroom house with lake views。Light, spacious and modern with open plan living throughout. Situated in up-market Kawaha Point, which allows easy access to major tourist destinations, supermarkets and central city.
Each bedroom has its own themed decor and they are all light and roomy. The place has a large grassed outdoor area which is fenced and secure with locking gates.
Hot water heated by gas.
* Fireplace is not available. There are heat pump (air conditioner) and electric heaters for heating in the house.
We have to recycle rubbish in Rotorua, so please follow the instructions on the lid of the rubbish bin.
*Red bin is for general rubbish.
*Yellow bin is for paper, plastic (no plastic shopping bags), cans.
*Blue bin is for glass bottles(remove the metal top of the bottles)

Summary: Excellent accommodations. The house was spacious, clean and in close proximity to local attractions. Only improvement I would recommend is having separate bins inside for rubbish and recycling. Overall a lovely stay!
