The house is spread out over three separate levels and has plenty of privacy with all rooms having access to their own outdoor areas.
This unique house has commanding views overlooking the beach and the many activities taking place from surfing to swimming, fishing and kiteboarding and beyond Takou Bay to the Cavalli Islands, home to world renowned attractions including the Rainbow Warrior Ship Wreck and the Kauri Cliffs golf course.
Situated centrally in Northland, Tapuaetahi Beach is an ideal place to base yourself if you intend to explore neighboring Bay of Islands and the Far North. However you may find it hard to drag yourself away from this special piece of paradise. Located just over 20 km's from Kerikeri, which has a fantastic choice of high quality cafes, wineries, shops and artisan & farmer's markets.
The house is warm and welcoming and is a great place for large families and groups to relax together with large open indoor/ outdoor entertainment areas. Hi speed wifi is now available via Starlink for those who require it.
The house is in a kiwi zone, and has a number of kiwi and other native birds resident in the bush at the back of the house. Access is via a steep driveway, there are two carports and plenty of off street parking. Access to the house is via stairs, there is no wheelchair access.
Please note that this property is on a steep section and has multiple stairways and steep banks which do not have safety barriers for children. Any young children on the property will require supervision.
The house has undergone a huge renovation in 2020. The layout of bedrooms differs to the pictures currently shown and these will be updated as soon as possible.
We have added an extra ensuite bathroom and ceiling fans in the main bedrooms. There is also a stylish new outdoor entertainment area which can be closed in if the weather becomes a little precarious.
