Aims: can fit in lots of extra airbeds/beds. Just let us know what you’re require. From the moment you pull into our quiet cul-de-sac you'll feel relaxed. Situated down the quiet, family friendly end of Papamoa in Golden Sands you'll enjoy the close proximity to the beach and local amenities like the movie theatre, Four Square supermarket, gym, cafes and restaurants.

Being a short, flat stroll to the beach makes it easy to pop down with family, friends or some restorative time on your own to watch the sunrise. The golden sand and mellow waves just top off the experience.

Large spaces and a fully fenced property ensure everyone in the family can enjoy their holiday. There is a separate lounge with big screen tv, a living room with another big screen tv, and four big sized bedrooms. There is a new oven, induction cooktop and dishwasher. The master has a comfortable king sized bed, ensuite and television. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, the third with a king-single bed and pull out single bed, and the 4th with a king bed. There is also a portacot available for use. The outside living areas bask in all day sun and are on both sides of the house, so you can sit outside to read a book or enjoy a drink no matter the wind direction. Depending on the season the vege garden may be well stocked to help yourself to.
