Intro
The Mountain View room is a place for you to relax, reset and revive yourself, away from the hustle and bustle of the city yet less than 15 mins away from the CBD. It is a spacious room with a private entry, its own ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet. A high speed unlimited free wifi and a dedicated workspace suit well for remote working. A complimentary tea, sugar, coffee and bread spread for your breakfast. Few appliances ( mini fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, iron, hairdryer), Toiletries, and Linen are provided to help your stay comfy.

House:
It is a newly built 5 bedroom house in two stories with a private garden. We live in the house, and our bedrooms are on the first floor. The guest bedroom is on the ground floor, facing the backyard.

Guest Bedroom :
A wide sliding glass door opens to a beautiful sunrise. It has an additional wide glass window from floor to ceiling facing our garden. Multi-layered curtain helps to block the sunlight and adds privacy. A sheer is provided to soften the sunlight and give a measure of privacy. A well-cushioned queen bed with a duvet and comforter will keep you warm while sleeping. It has wooden door access to the main house, but it is locked all the time. After the guest checkout, we use this access to clean the room.

Bathroom:
A large tiled modern bathroom includes a vanity washbasin, toilet, heated towel rail and a large tiled shower. The tiled shower has a ceiling mounted rain shower head and a handheld faucet with varying water speed options. The bathroom has a wide non-transparent glass window to get sunlight during the day.

Facilities:
The guest has access to the patio, bedroom, attached ensuite, and closet. No one else accesses these facilities during the guest's stay.
The rest of the garden inside the fence is for host access only.

Location.
The nearest supermarket, cafe, and restaurant are around 1.5kms away, and the nearest bus stop is 800m away from the house. Many fast food centres ( McD, KFC, Subway etc.), pubs and shopping centres are around 4kms away in Johnsonville. The nearest mall is 11kms away in Porirua. The ferry terminal is 10 km on the motorway, and Wellington International airport is 20 km from the house.

Neighbourhood Description:

Churton Park is a fantastic residential suburb surrounding hills and forest, with wide roads. It is well connected to the motorway, which gives easy access to the northern suburbs and the wellington CBD. It is a perfect location for a fun bike ride or a walk.
