This stylish and spacious apartment is perfect for family trips, couple's retreats or a convenient business hub. Situated in the city fringe suburb of Kelburn, you will feel right at home with local shops, bus stops and Wellington gardens (cable car too), at your doorstep!
If you want to be close to the city, but wanting a bit more privacy, sun, less hustle and bustle - this is the perfect place for you!
The space
This level one apartment is North facing, light and airy with an outdoor balcony. The rooms are generous in size and have built in wardrobes, one bedroom has two single beds put together but can be two singles if required. Living is open plan fully tiled and filled with leather couches and six-seater dining table. We are in process of obtaining a couch bed to sleep up to 6 people if required, the kitchen is spacious and open, gas cooking, microwaves and fridge freezer. Sperate laundry is next to the kitchen where washing machine and dryer is provided, free for use for our guests.
The complex is located right in the heart of Kelburn village; local shops at your door step, Four Square (local supermarket), hairdressers, restaurants, local pub. Victoria University around the corner. Bus stop to the city is just across the road. Local attractions include the cable car, Wellington Botanic gardens, Wellington Astronomy Centre, Zealandia and CBD - all within 10-15min walk away.
