Light and airy three Bedroom beach Bach with open plan kitchen, dining and lounge leading out to great covered in deck with large table ideal for entertaining. Fully fenced self contained section.
All beds have electric blankets on them and good heaters for colder months. I also make up required beds with fresh linen prior to your arrival and help yourself to towels, flannels, etc Very easy for guests just bring your groceries!
Bach across the road on cliff tops from Waverley Beach and short walk to camping ground and children park. Great beach to launch small trailer boats and sea kayaks from and also ideal for surf casting and long lining. Lovely fresh water stream for little children to play in.
This property is only a 5 minute drive to Waverley Golf Corse and 15 minute drive to Patea Golf Course. Also 5 minute drive to Lupton Lake, also ideal for swimming and skiing, biscuiting and jet skis, etc
Waverley Township is less than 10 minutes and has a petrol station, well stocked Four Square, Cafe, Fish n Chip Take aways, local pub, large public swimming pools open during the summer months, Glass Art Studio and park.
Waverley is situated between Wanganui and Hawera a 30 minute drive either way.
Animals are welcome but are not permitted instead at anytime.
