This is a brand new, supremely insulated, light, extremely sunny and warm apartment, designed for you and your friends/family to relax and enjoy yourselves in.
It's close to almost everywhere you'd like to be in Wellington (whether you are into sports, nights out, shopping, hiking, nature, beaches, or anything else) and yet remarkably quiet.
It's also a great space to sit in and relax, write, watch TV or movies, or simply share good times with friends and family.
There is one flight of stairs (separating the entrance/kitchenette/laundry with the rest of the space), so please, you will need to be wary of this when booking with small infants.
With your own private entrance you can come and go as you please.
There's off street parking for one car (or more with notice), and a shared BBQ if that's your thing on a sunny day/evening.
If you wish to have a fifth guest, we can hire a single fold out bed for an additional cost. This would be used in the living room or either bedroom. We can also provide a cot for hire.
