There is second heat/cool air pump outside the downstairs bedrooms and ducted heating or cooling upstairs keep the whole house warm or cool.
The upstairs Movie room has a large smart TV and if you don't want to use the streaming channels there are thousands of movies to choose from the DVD collection, catering for the whole family.
A large garden with 11m heated swimming pool (heated between November to April), sauna, a big spa pool suitable for 6 to 8 people and a comfortable seating area to relax and enjoy the view. If you want to escape to a quieter outdoor space the upstairs deck area with expansive views over the lake is the place to go.
