Backing onto the Papamoa Hills Walk means you're just a few minutes away from one of the best walks in the Bay, great to burn off those excess calories or watch a beautiful mount sunset! Have the walk to yourself at sunrise or sunset, and enjoy the Papamoa and Mount city light display!
At night, watch the full moon rise over the hill, marvel at the stars (no light pollution out here!) or enjoy the firepit and listening to moreporks be . Our home is great for a group of friends or a family with the Grandparents!

This is our family home which we built 8 years ago (and it is only the second time we have ever rented it out!). It is surrounded by 17 acres of our farm and regenerating native bush (we have planted 22000 natives ourselves) and as it is solar powered, is built with the environment in mind. It will be switched to mains power for your convenience, but is normally run purely by that beautiful bay of plenty sunshine we so love. Air conditioning is not required as every bedroom has large sliding windows with retractable insect screens and the main bedroom and lounge also have large sliding doors. The dining room has huge sliding doors along the front and back walls, so there is always a beautiful breeze available throughout the house.

Down the road is Black Stump strawberry farm with its delicious fresh strawberry icecreams, along with a mini golf coure and lovely outdoor seating area. There is also a pick your own strawberry/blueberry and boysonberry farm nearby.
Rotorua and all of its attractions (thermal wonderlands, mountain biking in the Redwoods, the Luge, the Blue and Green lake and of course lots of adrenaline adventures) is only 50 minutes drive away, and Lake Rotoiti is only a 30 minute drive if you have your boat with you!

Pets welcome on application and there are dog kennels for them as well if required. However be aware that the property is not dog fenced, so that the vista can truely be enjoyed.
