The upper level holds the main living room, where expansive glazing frames the bay and sliding doors open directly to the deck. This is an easy, relaxed space for reading, conversation, or watching the light shift across the water. The master bedroom sits on this level with its own ensuite and the same wide outlook, while a second bedroom is positioned nearby, served by a separate bathroom.
Downstairs, the lower level centres around the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a large island, modern cabinetry, and generous bench space, making it practical for shared meals and longer stays.
