A newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment with a large bright living room and separate dining room. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with everything you need for a short or long stay.

The main bedroom has a queen size bed, the second bedroom has a king single bed and a single trundle bed that pops up to standard height. All beds have inner spring pillow top mattresses.

The lounge has a 55 inch TV with a PC so you can access your Netflix account and the internet. Freeview TV and wifi included.

You will have access to the entire apartment, plus the shared outdoor seating area and the washing lines. You may also use a car parking space in the shared off street parking area.

There is a desk in the second bedroom, a washing machine in the bathroom, plus an iron and ironing board. A clothes dryer is available if needed.

The apartment is within walking distance of Hokowhitu Village which has a great cafe, a small supermarket, doctor's surgery, chemist, post office, restaurant and more. You can easily walk to the Hokowhitu Lagoon, the Manawatu River walkway and Victoria Esplanade. The apartment is close to Massey University and the New Zealand Defence College.

There is a bus stop for Massey Uni right outside the building. The city centre is 5 minutes drive or an easy 20 minute walk.
