The recently built modern barn style house provides plenty of room for the family or friends to relax. Situated down a private driveway, the partially fenced section offers good privacy and a large lawn area for entertaining. Plenty of room for the boat and off street parking.

This is a well-equipped 3-bedroom holiday home with all essentials on hand including a heat pump for year-round comfort. In summer make use of the sun drenched decking/louvre system and weber bbq, whilst admiring the views of the fresh water lake.
