Recently renovated, our sleek holiday home is the ultimate retreat for families or corporate getaways, accommodating up to six guests.
Step into the lounge with a wide ranch slider opening to a deck showcasing stunning lake and mountain views โ perfect for your morning brew or sunset cocktails. Enjoy entertainment on the Smart TV with Netflix and stay cozy all year round with the heat pump/ aircon.
The fully-equipped kitchen and long dining table set the scene for memorable meals with a view.
The first bedroom boasts a queen-sized bed, while the adjacent room offers two single beds โ perfect for families or groups. Nestled between them, find a bathroom featuring twin sinks, a shower, and a luxurious bath.
Retreat to the master bedroom with its queen bed and private ensuite, leading to a serene fully fenced outdoor courtyard. Relax and dine alfresco surrounded by ample seating. You are welcome to use the BBQ, but please note that it is offered โas isโ and ensure it is cleaned before your departure as it is not part of our cleaners' schedule.
Laundry facilities are conveniently tucked away, and downstairs offers a kid-friendly TV lounge and garage games area with darts, table tennis, and a third bathroom for added convenience.

Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper, and oil.
When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you.
There is a baby cot on the property that you are welcome to use (bedding for the cot is not provided). A highchair may be available on request, please enquire before booking.
For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.
If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a โpreauthorisation of fundsโ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $250.
All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19.

There are two external security cameras. One overlooking the entrance pathway and the second one monitoring outside the garage/driveway area. The cameras do not monitor indoor spaces.
