The entire property is yours for the duration of your stay. All bookings have access to the main house. Bookings of five or more have access to the chalet in addition to the main house.
You will have the entire property to yourself for your stay, however if you do need anything your hosts managers are in the area. We are happy to point you in the direction of the many sights and activities Whangarei heads has to offer, and can even act as your local guides if you would like.
Special conditions:
Please respect the property and leave it as you find it. We're on tank water and you need to be frugal with the water as its like liquid gold especially through the summer droughts that we are experiencing now. We are also on septic tanks, please NO baby wipes, sanitary items or condoms can be flushed down the toilets as this blocks the system and can break the pump. This is expensive to fix and very unpleasant for everyone. No cooking fat down the sink please. Fire bans are often in place due to the reserve. Please don't light any fires. For your information security cameras are on the property.
Neighbours may come on to the property to water the garden or to do pest control for the reserve.
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels);
