At the north end of Waihi Beach with great sea and rural views from the upstairs deck and kitchen. Great indoor-outdoor flow with north facing living and extensive deck spaces, including a gas BBQ. Just a 5 minute safe stroll to the beach, surf club and walking tracks, this home has been completely renovated in recent years to ensure a relaxing holiday once you arrive. There are 2 separate living areas with independent entertainment facilities and in-built audio system.

Summary: The house is tastefully decorated in a wonderful location an easy walk to the northern end of the beach. The queen rooms are spacious with comfy beds. We did have a few teething issues during our stay: The front door sticks and needs a good push to open. Read the house manual closely as the oven and TV are not simple to operate. We did not manage to work the TV downstairs at all which was disappointing with small kids the second lounge tv would have provided a seperate area. We also had a lot of water sports gear/ebikes for our holiday which we were not able to put securely in the garage despite the listing showing a large empty garage when we booked. We also had a fuse blow which meant we lost lights to the upper level one evening. The fuse box was in the locked garage. Overall however it was a lovely week. We had many friends staying in the area. Also the upstairs deck is really nice with louvre system and easy access to the back yard. There’s gas hot water heating so instant hot water and a lovely outdoor shower.
