Located on a quiet property, close to the water, it’s the ideal spot for up to three guests. The loft bedroom with a queen bed is accessed by a stair-ladder, and the downstairs sofa bed suits one extra guest.
Enjoy your own private bathroom and light meal facilities, including a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, and electric jug for tea & coffee. There are no cooking facilities, so you can make the most of Whitianga’s fantastic cafes, restaurants, and takeaway options just minutes away. The town centre, Buffalo Beach, The Lost Spring Thermal Pools, and ferry access to Cooks Beach and Cathedral Cove are all nearby. Whilst the tiny-home is located on the owners property - guests privacy will be respected at all times. The main home is further up the driveway.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras set up at the exterior of the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside, or pointing at the outdoor sitting area.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who provide professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate.
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
