- Parking - The car lift occasionally stops working and if this happens it means your car cannot be moved until the repairs are carried out. If parts need to be ordered this may take a day or several days, so you may want to consider leaving your car on the street overnight instead.

- Shower - The shower is a cozy space so may not suit those who require more room.

- The key lockbox is located at the top of a steep public footpath which can only be accessed on foot, approximately 2 minutes walk from the street. You will need to leave your car down on the street and walk up to collect the key.
